Donna Joyner-Rodgers, EA
Donna became an Enrolled Agent in 1986. Upon becoming an Enrolled Agent, she promptly joined the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and Nevada Society of Enrolled Agents (NVSEA). She has been preparing tax returns since 1980. In 1988 Donna graduated from the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) and became a Graduate Fellow. This premier educational program covers in depth advanced tax payer representation before the Internal Revenue Service. It is attended by Attorneys, Certified Public Accountants and Enrolled Agents. She is a board member of the Best in the West Education Foundation and a member of the National Counsel for Taxpayer Advocacy.
April 13, 1999, Donna testified before Congress as a representative of NAEA on electronic filing. The members of the Subcommittee were interested in the testimony she gave and asked numerous questions.
Since the death of her husband and founder of Rainbow Tax Service, Steve Rodgers in 2002, Donna has faced many challenges. With the help of other family members and loyal staff, she has kept the family business going and prospering.
Kevin Joyner
Kevin Joyner joined the firm in 1997. He was mentored by our founder Steve Rodgers. Steve was a strong believer in education and sent Kevin to countless hours of advanced tax education.
Kevin is a board member of the Best in the West Education Foundation. He is also a member of the National Counsel of Taxpayer Advocacy.
Lew Stadtmauer, EA MBA
Lew Stadtmauer joined Rainbow Tax Service in 1995, after a successful career in the personal computer industry. He became an Enrolled Agent in 2000.
Lew specializes in personal, small business, and fiduciary tax preparation and representation.
Lew is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Southern Nevada Chapter of Nevada Society of Enrolled Agents.
Craig Wise, EA
Craig joined Rainbow Tax Service in 1992. He studied and sat for the Enrolled Agent exam in 1998. He received his Treasury card in 1999.
Craig has 20 plus years in most areas of bookkeeping which includes: Payroll Manager for 200 plus employees, Controller for construction and sales companies, Job costing for contracting companies and general ledgers financial reporting work.
Craig is competent in numerous software including QuickBooks, Lightspeed, Timberline and Peachtree. He attended educational courses with National University and University of Virginia while serving in the US Army.
Craig served in Korea in 1978. He received an honorable discharge in August 1980 from the US Army. After that he served an additional 6 years in California and Nevada National Guard.
Jennifer Martinez, EA
Jennifer is a single mother of four wonderful children. She joined our firm when she was carrying her youngest, a daughter. Jennifer very wisely waited until tax season was complete before giving birth on Mother's Day.
After joining Rainbow Tax Service in 1995, she went on to study for the Enrolled Agents exam and passed on her first attempt. The U S Treasury granted her the title in June 1998 after making her wait 9 agonizing months to find out if she had passed.
Jennifer is attending the 3 year National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) course to further her knowledge of representation.
Upon the passing of our founder, Steve Rodgers, Jennifer was asked to step up and take on the Corporate Tax return filings. She has attended numerous hours of training in Corporate, S Corp, and Partnership tax returns.
Jennifer is on the committee for the Best in the West Education Foundation and is a member of NAEA and NVSEA.
Loving her work is an understatement in regards to Jennifer. For her it is a way of life and tells anyone who will listen what a great group of people she has the privilege to call her clients.
